Refund policy

At Bootylicious T-Shirts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your shorts aren't quite right, we're happy to accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, shorts must:

Be unused and unworn.

Be in their original condition.

Have all original tags and packaging attached, where applicable.

Not have any stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, washing, alterations, or other signs of use.

Be returned with your order information or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, worn or used shorts cannot be returned or refunded.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please wait for return instructions before sending your item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Shirts that have been worn, washed, used, or altered.

Items with stains, odors, or other signs of use.

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Items that are missing required tags or are not in their original condition.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size or style, you may return the eligible unused and unworn item within the 7-day return period and place a new order.

Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
